I attended Missy's (Ravi's) class in Paradise last Thursday. I'm 76 and was concerned about whether or not I would be able to do what I assumed would be body movements--I had stopped doing most of the asanas in Hatha yoga a few years back because they were too straining.  I discovered that Kundalini is completely different from any yoga I had practiced in the past and not in any way a strain on the body.  There are breathing exercises that are challenging and invigorating; and the mediation to beautiful chanting and relaxing to Missy playing her gorgeous gong were inspiring.  It turns out there are over 5000 different exercises so each class is unique which appeals to me. I found the experience physically and spiritually elevating and look forward to practicing Kundalini on a regular basis. GN

I am so thankful to have found Lovelight Yoga. I have always been hesitant to try yoga classes because I am not very flexible and I am always intimidated by the positions. Classes with Missy have been amazing! Not only are the classes accessible physically but it is a warm and welcoming experience. I have been going to class for about a month now and when I leave class my body, mind and heart feel healthy and happy! JA

Missy is an amazing teacher.  She adapts to the needs of all her students offering modifications for the more difficult exercises and provides mats, bolsters, blankets, and chairs for those who need them.  She brings to the class a wonderful sense of humor and couples just the right amount of instruction with independent engagement.  The yoga exercises paired with the breathing exercises have improved by strength and general health.  I notice an increase in my energy levels throughout the week.  Melissa makes the yoga classes available to everyone by offering affordable packages.   I truly believe her classes promote a more positive outlook on life and increased happiness. Kundalini was what I never knew I was missing in my life.  I've been taking Missy's classes since October and the changes in my focus, moods, and attitude had been a serious revelation for me.  For what feels like the first time in a very long time, I am clear headed and making better, more rational and healthy decisions for myself--mentally and physically.  All of this with a woman whose spirit and tenacity make you want to keep coming back for more.  Missy, you're a blessing!  DJ

Ravi is intense and powerful. She is committed to helping physically and spiritually and in meeting you, with out judgement, in the place where you are. I am glad I found her and renewed my own commitment to bind and body health.
*Side note about Kundalini, it is a different yoga practice that only requires a small amount of consistent time to make big changes in your approach to life! JS

I was scared and nervous to go at first but it turned out to be such an amazing experience!! Missy was so kind and welcoming. I left feeling better than ever. I will definitely be going back and I highly recommend stepping out of your comfort zone and trying it out for yourself. I loved it!!! MT

What a spontaneous morning!

I was opening up a studio for a Kundalini Yoga class, and it happened to be taught by the ER Director from FRH. It was so nice seeing a familiar face, and she invited me to join her class.

This is the first time I have done Kundalini Yoga, and I just need to share how awesome it was 💚.

I highly recommend taking a class with her and experiencing the energy and vitality that Kundalini Yoga awakens.
